Description
Grapes are hand-picked. Musts are ‘cold-soaked’ for up to 2 days prior to fermentation. Inoculation with selected yeasts. Prolonged fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks.
Aged in French oak barriques.
Full-flavoured with fresh fruit aroma and soft elegant tannins. Should be served at 16 to 18ºc and in good company!
